With the Slack integration, every form submission triggers an automatic message in the channel you configured in your workspace. It’s the fastest way to keep your team up to date on new responses in real time.
This integration is available on the Pro plan.
How it works
When a new submission arrives, the platform sends a message to Slack with the form data. The message appears in the channel you selected when connecting the workspace.
Connect your Slack workspace
- Open the dashboard and select the form you want to configure.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect in the Slack block.
- If you haven’t linked a workspace yet, click Connect new workspace. You’ll be redirected to Slack to grant access and choose the destination channel.
- Once authorized, you’ll return to the dashboard with the workspace ready to use.
Set up the integration
- Select the Slack workspace where you want to receive notifications. The channel name is shown next to the workspace name.
- Optionally give the integration a name to identify it easily.
- Click Save.
From that point on, every new submission will send a message to the configured channel.
Manage active integrations
Active integrations appear at the top of the Integrations tab. From there you can:
- Enable or disable an integration without deleting it.
- Delete an integration when you no longer need it.
You can have more than one Slack integration per form if you need to send notifications to different channels or workspaces.
